How to organize a fairytale wedding?

Once again here we are talking about weddings but this time we are tackling the organization of a fairytale wedding. Many of you will now find yourself organizing your wedding and will surely be wondering where to start from. It’s a commonplace to think that once you’ve booked the church, the invitations, the photographer, the location and the florist, the car, the wedding favors, the makeup and the hairstyle, you’re done!

But, especially if we have very little time to dedicate to our most beautiful day, we have not realized that the most important thing is missing: We have a perfect orchestra but the conductor is missing, we have very good workers but the director of the works is missing, we have a ship without a captain in command… it becomes a truly enormous undertaking to face, especially if you do not choose to rely on an expert and competent person.


But let’s get back to the reason for our article: where do we start from to organize a fairytale wedding?

First of all, the first thing to do, after having set the date and resolved the various bureaucratic aspects, is to keep in mind that there are some elements that must necessarily go hand in hand, that is, be chosen together, otherwise we risk creating a disharmony of the elements and not obtaining the desired result. Dress, location, color palette and theme must necessarily be chosen together (imagine a bride arriving with a princely dress in a location with a minimal and modern style, choosing a color palette with strong tones) in short a melody that can clash if the elements do not have a single common thread that can create perfect harmony and balance between them.

Another important step is to ask ourselves what do we want to convey to our guests? How can it be something unique and unparalleled over time?

First of all, it is important to have a Mood Board: it would be an idea of the elements, materials, colors, etc. that we want for our wedding and then translate them and transform them into something unique that speaks of you through every detail. Then we proceed to the wedding stationery, it would be the entire trousseau or graphic coordinate of your wedding, we will create, according to the color palette, the chosen materials, the bride’s dress, the location and above all your favorite theme, a trousseau graphic: we will translate what your dreams are from a graphic point of view… and the illustrations will magically take shape and life: a memory of a beautiful panorama in Japan can become an integral part, thanks to the expert hands of an illustrator, an invitation, or a shape, a color, a memory can become your logo which will be recreated on the invitations, place cards, wedding bags, booklets for the mass or symbolic ceremony etc.
